Google released a feature that allows ‘Google My Business’ users to address
the removal of Google reviews. These requests can be submitted one at a time, and the status of these
requests is thoroughly monitored.
Why is this BIG NEWS?
It shows that Google is very concerned about the malicious spread of bad reviews that are not deserved or warranted. While this new feature is not ideal for everyone, this is still a step in how the almighty Google is addressing review removal.

‘Google My Business’ has recently upgraded the new performance report, which is an upgrade. Google added a section for searchers who viewed your online business profile. This new section shows you how these people found your Google my Business listing, either on:
• Desktop search
• Mobile search
• Google Search
• Google Maps
How to access this report:
You can find this report by logging into Google My Business and selecting the Insights tab on the left-hand sidebar. Next, you can access the new performance reports at the top of that page. Once you are in there, if you scroll down, there is a section that shows “how people discovered you.”

We now have a better idea of our potential customers find us online.

Make sure that you optimize your Google listing and post regularly. This is your largest online footprint when someone googles your business.
